Jerry L. Reynolds, born October 11, 1947 in Springfield, Missouri.  He received his B.A. Degree from Missouri State University in 1969 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri in 1972.  He served in the U.S. Army Reserve, Capt. 1969-1977.  He is a member of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, The Missouri Bar, the American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers.

C. Brandon Stafford, born Springfield, Missouri, November 28, 1968.  He
